螢光眼底撮影法（その1）

Fluorescein Fundus Photography. Part 1

I．まえがき

　眼底の循環系の機能検査の一方法として，静注された造影剤の流れを検眼鏡的に観察することはかねてから実験的には行なわれていたが，近年螢光物質と眼底カメラとを用いることによりきわめて容易に人眼にこれを応用できるようになつた。眼のAngiographieともいえるこの螢光眼底撮影法は眼循環の生理の解明に役立つのみならず，検眼鏡的に観察された眼底の病的状態の機能を明らかにする上で，今後きわめて大きな応用範囲を持つものと期待されるが，以下に著者の現在用いている方法を紹介し若干の知見をもあわせて紹介したい。

A summaried account of the principles of fluorescein fundus photography is given and the author's own method with the use of a Japanese fundus camera is described with presentation of specimen photographs. The present paper is intended to serve as introduc-tion to a consecutive series which will treat application of the method to uveitis, degene-rative conditions of the fundus and circulatory disturbances of the retina.
