I．緒言

　残留水晶体蛋白の吸収によつてアレルギー性眼内炎の起ることのあることについては，Lagran—ge et Lacoste （1910）が始めて注目し，Verh—oeff and Lemonie （1922）が実験的及び臨床的に詳細な研究を行つて水晶体過敏性眼内炎と名付けて以来多くの報告がある。

　白内障手術時硝子体内への水晶体脱臼は稀な合併症であるが，脱臼した水晶体がその儘硝子体中に長く存在すれば，その眼球は後日多くは不幸の転帰をとることが知られている。私共は最近かかる1症例の眼球剖検により水晶体過敏性眼内炎によるものであることを確め得たので以下にその所見を簡単に報告する。

Cataract surgery was performed in the ri-ght eye of a 66 year old woman with incipi-ent cataract and excessive myopia following successful total extraction of cataract in the left eye. while in the operation, rupture of anterior capsule of the lens happened and the cataractous nucleus was lost in the fluid vi-treous with escape of vitreous. As late com-plication, severe iridocyclitis with hypopyonoccured one month after the operation.

The intracutaneous reaction of lens protein was positive. The combined treatment of co-rticosteroids and antibiotics was unsuccessful, resulting in phthisis bulbi.
