（35）水晶体過敏性眼内炎に於ける多糖類の意義

緒言

　水晶体過敏性眼内炎はVerhoeff　＆　Lemoine^1）に依り提唱され，多数の研究者に依り其の本態が迫及されつつあるが，未だ人間に於ける臨床的眼症状と動物に於ける実論的眼症状との間には可成りの差がある点が研究の対象として残されている。当然該炎症に参与する可能性を有する，眼内，外の諸因子及び諸条件の影響が追及されねばならないが，就中眼組織中の抗元性を有する物質が，先ず取り挙げられねばならない。そこで吾々は水晶体嚢中に多く含有される多糖類を取り挙げ^2），動物実論と共に，白内障嚢外摘術施行患者の皮内反応に依り，水晶体嚢多糖類の抗元性に関して一考察を試みた。

Polysaccharide extracted from the bovine lens capsule was studied for its antigenicity. Precipitin reaction was performed between rabbit antiserum and physiological saline solution with the polysaccaride of the bovine lens capsule, using a rabbit sensitized by the bovine polysacharide. Intracutaneous reaction caused by the polyeaccharide-physiclogical solution was observed for sensitized rabbits and patients adminstered cataract operation.

As that result, a precipitin reaction was observed between bovine polysaccharide and immunized rabbit serum. The above-described intracutaneous reaction showed a delayed type.
