要約 目的：タフルプロスト点眼による緑内障眼の視神経乳頭血流変化の報告。対象と方法：広義の原発開放隅角緑内障24例を対象とし，無作為割付比較試験を行った。11例にはタフルプロスト，13例にはラタノプロストを点眼し，6か月間の経過を追った。視神経乳頭辺縁部の血流はレーザースペックル法で測定した。結論：両群の平均眼圧は有意に下降し，群間に差はなかった。血圧，脈拍，眼灌流圧には変化がなかった。タフルプロスト点眼群では，乳頭の上方，下方，耳側で血流が有意に増加した。ラタノプロスト点眼群では，乳頭辺縁の各部位で血流が変化しなかった。結論：広義の原発開放隅角緑内障に対するタフルプロスト点眼によって，鼻側以外の乳頭辺縁部で血流が増加した。
Abstract. Purpose：To report changes in microcirculation in the optic nerve head following instillation of tafluprost or latanoprost. Cases and Method：A randomized comparative study was made on 24 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Eleven patients received instillation of 0.005％ tafluprost and 13 patients received latanoprost. They were followed up for 6 months. Laser speckle flowgraphy was used to quantitate microcirculation in the optic nerve head with mean blur rate serving as the indicator. Results：Intraocular pressure in both groups decreased significantly after instillation for one month or longer. There was no change in systemic blood pressure,pulse rate or perfusion pressure. In eyes receiving tafluprost,blood circulation increased in the optic nerve head except in the nasal sector. There was no change in optic nerve head circulation in eyes receiving latanoprost. Conclusion：Instillation of tafluprost may increase microcirculation in the optic nerve head in eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma
