Abstract. Purpose:To report 2 cases of microcoria associated with cataract, thinning of the lens, and glaucoma. Cases:Both were male infants presented with nystagmus and opaque cornea. They were aged 3 and 7 months respectively. Both cases showed microcoria in both eyes with pupillary diameter of 0.2 and 0.7 mm each. They also showed cataract and thinning of the lens. Both cases were treated by lens extraction and pupilloplasty. Elevated intraocular pressure(IOP)in one case was controlled by topical medication for 11 years until present. The other case showed developmental glaucoma. IOP has been controlled after trabeculectomy for 14 months until present. Conclusion:These cases illustrate that microcoria may be associated with cataract, thinning of the lens, and glaucoma.
