トラボプロストとタフルプロストによる視神経乳頭循環への影響

Changes in microcirculation in the optic nerve head following topical travoprost or tafluprost in humans

要約　目的：トラボプロストまたはタフルプロスト点眼による視神経乳頭の循環の変化の報告。対象と方法：25～48歳の健康者14名を対象とした。7名には片眼に0.004％トラボプロスト，7名には0.0015％タフルプロストを1日1回点眼した。他眼は対照とした。乳頭面の動静脈と組織の循環はレーザースペックル法で測定した。結果：2週間の点眼後に，トラボプロストでは乳頭面の動脈と静脈の循環速度は他眼と比較して有意に増加し（p＜0.01），乳頭組織の循環には変化がなかった（p＞0.05）。タフルプロスト点眼では，網膜動脈の循環速度は有意に増加し（p＜0.05），静脈と組織には変化がなかった（p＞0.05）。結論：トラボプロストの2週間点眼で，乳頭の動静脈の循環速度が増加し，タフルプロスト点眼で乳頭の動脈部位の循環速度が増加した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report changes in microcirculation in the optic nerve head following instillation of travoprost or tafluprost. Cases and Method：This study was performed on 14 healthy persons aged from 25 to 48 years. Seven persons received instillation of 0.004％ travoprost in one eye and the other seven received 0.0015％ tafluprost. The fellow eyes served as control. Circulation in the artery,vein and the tissue of optic nerve head was measured by laser speckle flowgraphy. Results：After instillation of travoprost for 2 weeks,circulation in the artery and vein in the disc area increased significantly when compared with the values in the fellow eyes（p＜0.01）. After instillation of tafluprost,circulation in the artery increased significantly（p＜0.05）and not in the vein or the tissue. Conclusion：Blood flow in the artery and vein increased after 2 weeks of topical travoprost in the optic nerve head. Tafluprost was followed by increased circulation in the artery.
