Abstract 文献概要

アレルギー性結膜疾患49例について，涙液サイトカイン各成分の濃度と相関関係を検索した。内訳は，アレルギー性結膜炎14例，アトピー性角結膜炎14例，春季カタル21例である。それぞれから採取した涙液中のインターフェロンγとインターロイキン（IL）－2，4，5，6，8，13の濃度をELISA法で測定し，サイトカイン間の相関を解析した。インターフェロンγとIL-13，IL-4と13，IL-5と6，IL-8と13の相互間に有意な正の相関があった。3疾患それぞれに特有な違いはなかった。涙液サイトカイン各成分濃度の相互関係が多様であり，サイトカインには複雑さと冗長性があることを示す所見である。

We quantiated the level of cytokines in the tear fluid in 49 patients of allergic conjunctival diseases. The series comprised atopic keratoconjunctivitis 14 cases,allergic conjunctivitis 14 cases,and vernal conjunctivitis 21 cases. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was used to analyze the tear fluid from each patient. We measured following components：interferon gamma,interleukin（IL）-2,4,5,6,8 and 13 respectively. Statistically significant correlation was present between interferon gamma and IL-13,IL-4 and 13,IL-5 and 6,IL-8 and 13. No differences were present among three diseases in the present series. The findings show that cytokines in the tear fluid show various patterns suggsting complexity and redundancy of cytokines.
