　横浜市大医療センター眼科での最近3年間の内因性ぶどう膜炎105例を統計的に検討した。男性48例，女性57例であり，年齢分布では60歳代が26％，30歳代と50歳代がともに19％であった。原因別では，サルコイドーシスの完全型と眼単独型がそれぞれ10％で最も多く，原田病8％とベーチェット病5％がこれに続いた。分類不能が38％あり，汎ぶどう膜炎38％と前部ぶどう膜炎30％などがその内訳である。今回の症例群では，サルコイドーシスの頻度が高く，ベーチェット病が少ない。HTLV-1関連ぶどう膜炎がないことも地域的な特徴であると考えられた。

We reviewed 105 cases of endogenous uveitis seen during the past 3 years at the Yokohama City University Medical Center. The series comprised 48males and 57 females. The age distribution showed a peak in the seventh decade at 26％,followed by fourth and sixth decade at 19％each. Sarcoidosis was the most frequent etiological entity at 21％,which consisted evenly of systemic and ocular sarcoidosis. It was followed by Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease（8％）and by Behçet disease（5％）. There were 40 cases（38％）of unclassified uveitis,including panuveitis（38％）and anterior uveitis（30％）. The present series was characterized by a high incidence of sarcoidosis and low incidence of Behçet disease. Absence of HTLV-1 associated uveitis appeared to reflect a geographic peculiarity of our hospital.
