Abstract 文献概要

　特発性黄斑円孔31例31眼に対し，インドシアニングリーン染色を用いて内境界膜剝離と硝子体手術を行った。2年以上の経過観察で初回円孔閉鎖が93％，最終閉鎖が100％で得られた。全例で視力が改善し，平均視力は術前0.20，最終観察の時点で0.69であった。手術の2年後に行ったGoldmann動的量的視野検査で，明らかな視野異常はなかった。全経過中，格別の合併症はなかった。本法による特発性黄斑円孔手術の長期経過は良好であると結論されるが，さらに長期間の追跡が必要である。

　We treated idiopathic macular hole in 31 eyes of 31 patients by vitrectomy and peeling of internal limiting membrane with adjunct use of indocyanine green. After a follow-up for 2 years or longer,the macular hole closed in 93％of eyes after primary surgery and in 100％after repeated surgeries. The visual acuity improved in all the eyes. The visual acuity averaged 0.20 before surgery and 0.69 at the end of follow-up. No visual field defect was detected 2 years after surgery by Goldmann perimetry. There were no complications throughout. The findings show the safety and effectiveness of this surgical modality for idiopathic macular hole. Further follow-up is needed to rule out possible complications.
