Dopamine投与効果の検討—開心術後LOSを中心に

Effect of Dopamine on Cardiotomized LOS

　強心作用と利尿作用を有する特異なカテコラミンであるDopamineの有効性を示す報告は多いが^1,2），至適投与法および投与限界についての検討は少ない。

　われわれはDopamine投与を行った体外循環施行後の低心拍出症候群症例（LOS）に年齢・予後別にDOP—amine投与効果，至適投与法，投与限界，他のカテコラミンとの併用効果などについて検討を加え，いさきかの知見を得たので報告する。

Dopamine was administered to 48 patients with low output syndrome manifested after extracorporal circulation. Dose, duration of administration, time for onset of administration and combined effect with other catecholamines of Dopamine were investigated.

The results are shown hereunder.

1. Dopamine was effective in 64.5%, of all patients with cardiotomized LOS.

2. Dopamine was very effective at a dose of 10γ/ kg/min or lower in survivors.

3. Dopamine was dose-dependent over 15γ/kg/ mm in dead adults.

4. Combined use with other catecholamines possibly decreased the dose of Dopamine.
