骨盤内に発生した骨外性ユーイング肉腫

Extraskeletal Ewing's Sarcoma in the Pelvic Cavity

　36歳，女性。膀胱刺激症状と下腹部痛を主訴に受診し，多発肺転移を伴う骨盤内ユーイング肉腫と診断された。化学療法，放射線療法にて腫瘍の縮小がみられたため前方骨盤内臓全摘除術を行ったが，早期より骨転移がみられ，術後3か月で癌死した。

We report a rare case of extraskeletal Ewing's sarcoma arising from the pelvic cavity in a 36-year-old woman. The patient complained of bladder irritability and lower abdominal pain. Examinations showed a 15×10cm mass in the retrovesical space and multiple lung metastases. Immunohistochemical studies of a biopsy specimen led the diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma. Although the patient tem-porarily responded to a combined chemotherapy and un-derwent an anterior pelvic exenteration, she died of the disease three months postoperatively.
