椎間孔内外ダンベル型進展を呈した骨外性ユーイング肉腫の1例

A case of extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma manifesting as a dumbbell-shaped mass

骨外性ユーイング肉腫（extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma：EES）はユーイング肉腫ファミリー（Ewing sarcoma family of tumors）の約25％を占め，100万人に1人のまれな疾患である^1）。今回我々は，椎間孔内外にダンベル型に進展するEESの1例を経験したので文献的考察とともに報告する。

We report a case of extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma extending in a dumbbell shape within and outside the right C7-Th1 intervertebral foramen in a man in his 40s. In this case, there was foraminal enlargement and a clearly defined margin of the mass, with minimal changes to the surrounding vertebral bodies. However, the ADC value was very low, indicating malignancy. When such imaging findings are observed, extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
