側腹部痛を主訴に来院した72歳，男性。超音波検査で腎嚢胞と診断され，嚢胞穿刺とエタノール注入を行ったが，約3週間で再発した。手術を行ったところ後腹膜嚢胞であった。
A 72-years-old man with right flank pain was found to have a right renal cyst by ultrasound study and CT scan. He was reffered to our hospital and received puncture of the cyst. But after 3 weeks he had right flank pain again. He underwent mass excision, which was not renal cyst but retroperitoneal cyst.
