神経線維腫症における眼合併症の実態調査

Survey of ocular manifestations in neurofibromatosis

（26C2-7）　神経線維腫症59名について眼合併症を調査した。男性28名，女性31名である。虹彩小結節が53例，眼瞼神経線維腫が21例にあった。35例に眼底病変があり，視神経乳頭周囲の網膜色素上皮異常が17例，脈絡膜神経線維腫が5例にあった。視神経病変が15例にあり，視神経乳頭部膠腫が1例含まれていた。蝶形胃欠損による脳髄膜瘤が2例，眼窩骨の変形と眼窩神経線維腫が各1例あった。

We reviewed 59 cases of neurofibromatosis regarding ocular involvement. The series comprised 28 males and 31 females. Iris nodules were present in 53 cases and neurofibroma of the eyelid in 21 cases. Fundus lesions were present in 35 cases, in which retinal pigmentary changes around the optic disc were present in 17 and choroidal neurofibroma in 5. Optic disc abnormalities, including one glioma of the optic disc, were present in 15. There were two cases of encephalocele due to sphenoidal dysplasia, one deformity of bony orbit and one neurofibroma of the orbit.
