長崎大学眼科における過去10年間の角膜移植の検討

A 10-year review of keratoplasty in our institution

（展示268）　過去10年間の角膜移植術の自験例86眼を検討した。全層角膜移植75眼（87％），表層角膜移植11眼（13％）である。透明治癒したものが42％，やや混濁が残るものが19％，混濁が39％であった。術後視力は，改善42％，悪化13％，不変45％であった。角膜提供者の年齢は，透明治癒率と視力改善率に関係しなかった。拒絶反応は18眼（21％）にあった。

We reviewed 86 eyes which underwent keratoplasty during the foregoing 10 years. Penetrating keratoplasty was performed in 75 eyes (87%) and lamellar keratoplasty in 11 eyes (13%). The transplanted cornea remained clear in 42%, slightly opaque in 19% and opaque in 39%. The visual acuity improved in 42%, remained unchanged in 45% and deteriorated in 13%. The age of the donor was not correlated with the rate of transparency nor improvement in visual acuity. Graft rejection occurred in 18 eyes (21%).
