神経線維腫症1型における眼合併症と頻度

Incidence of eye complications in neurofibromatosis type 1

要約　目的：神経線維腫症1型の眼合併症とその頻度の報告。対象と方法：過去19年間に初診として受診し，神経線維腫症1型の国際基準を満たした83例を診療録に基づいて検索した。男性48例，女性35例で，年齢は1か月～13歳，平均4歳であった。結果：虹彩のLisch結節が53例（64％），眼位異常が12例（15％），眼瞼の蔓状神経線維腫が5例5眼（6％），緑内障が2例2眼（2％）にあった。頭部画像検査を行った71例中6例（9％）7眼に視神経膠腫があり，うち5眼では眼底所見に異常がなかった。結論：神経線維腫症1型の眼合併症では，緑内障と視神経膠腫が視機能の予後と関係するので，特に注意が必要である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the incidence of eye complications in neurofibromasis type 1. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 83 cases of neurofibromasis type 1 who first visited us during 19 years through April 2011. The series comprised 48 males and 35 females. The age ranged from 1 month to 13 years,average 4 years. Results：Lisch nodules of the iris were present in 53 cases（64％）,heterotropia in 12 cases（15％）,plexiform neurofibroma of the eyelid in 5 cases（6％）,and glaucoma in 2 eyes of 2 cases（2％）. Out of 71 cases who were examined by imaging,optic nerve glioma was present in 7 eyes of 6 cases（9％）. Five out of the 7 eyes showed normal funduscopic findings. Conclusion：Glaucoma and optic nerve glioma need particular attention among eye complications of neurofibromatosis type 1.
