網膜のcongenital grouped pigmentationに進行性黄斑浮腫および硝子体の炎症を合併した1例

Vitritis with progressive macular edema in a case of congenital grouped pigmentation of the retina

　網膜のcongenital grouped pigmentationに進行性の黄斑浮腫および硝子体の炎症を伴った1例を経験した。症例は33歳男性で，硝子体腔の炎症はステロイド投与により軽減したが，あとに変性を残し，視力低下を伴った。網膜のcongenital grouped pigmentationは視機能には通常異常がなく，稀な眼底所見といわれているが，本症例は硝子体腔の炎症および網膜変性により，視力低下をきたしていた。

A 33-year-old male presented with gradual bilateral visual failure since 7 years before. He showed congenital grouped pigmentation of the retina associated with vitreous inflammation and progressive macular edema. The vitritis subsided after systemic corticosteroid. It was not clear as to the relationship between congenital grouped pigmentation and the vitreous-macular lesions.
