ぶどう膜炎患者に対するアンケート調査

Questionnaire survey of patients with uveitis

（展示82）　ぶどう膜炎患者に対し欧米で一般的に行われているアンケート調査を行い，その結果と疾患との関連性につき検討し，その有用性を考察した。対象は15か月間に東京医科大学病院眼科ぶどう膜炎外来を受診した150例で，アンケートは，家族歴・生活歴・既往歴などに関し，二者択一の質問形式で行った。アンケート調査には，口頭での問診に比べてさまざまな利点が考えられ，特にnegative dataを含めですべての情報を網羅できることから，多数例を解析すれば，今まで検討されていなかった疾患を特徴づける何らかの傾向が見いだされる可能性があると考えられた。

We sent out a questionnaire to 150 patients diagnosed by us as uveitis during the foregoing 15 months. They were asked regarding family history, lifestyle, past medical history and systemic symptoms. This method showed advantages in obtaining patients' history over direct interview of patients, as all pertinent data could be summarized in the medical chart of each patient. Further, the collection of data facilitated identification of various causes and systemic associations in patients with uveitis.
