網膜下血腫に対する組織型プラスミノーゲン・アクチベーター簡易微量網膜下注入器の応用

Application of a simple injector of tissue plasminogen activator into the subretinal hematoma

　網膜下血腫に対する組織型プラスミノーゲンアクチベーター（tPA）注入にディスポーザブル注射器で作成した網膜増殖膜のviscodelamination用の簡易微量注入器具を用い，良好な結果が得られた。この簡易微量注入器具は，3本のディスポ注射器を用い，注射器の内径の面積比でパスカルの原理により注入量を決めることができる。この器具は，術者が術野から目を離すことなく，介者が安全に決められた少量の薬物を網膜下に注入することができ有用であった。

We injected tissue plasminogen activator into the subretinal hematoma in 4 eyes of age-related macular degeneration. We used a simple injector used for injection of viscoelastic material during vitreous surgery. This injector is composed of three disposable syringes and one silicone tube. This device facilitated the injection of a small quantity of tissue plasminogen activator while the surgeon observed the process through the operating microscope.
