保存強膜を利用した眼形成手術（IV）—瘢痕性内反症への応用

Oculoplastic surgery with preserved sclera. (IV):Application for cicatricial entropin

　上眼瞼の瘢痕性内反症の3例に保存強膜移植による矯正手術を行い，全例良好な結果を得た。すなわち手術翌日より患者の異物感は消失した。graft面には約1カ月で血管に富んだ上皮様組織が覆い，20ヵ月から13ヵ月経過の現在graftは瞼板内によく定着して，吸収や内反症の再発は認めていない。

We obtained excellent results using preservedsclera as grafts in plastic surgery for 3 cases of cica-tricial entropion. All the patients were relieved from corneal irritation caused by entropion on the day following the operation.

Grafted scleral pieces were covered with vascu-larized epithelium-like tissues within a month. All grafts remained well in the tarsus. We recognized neither clinical signs of graft absorption nor recur-rence of entropion in the observation periods be-tween 13 and 20 months.
