7歳児にみられた眼サルコイドーシス

Ocular sarcoidosis in a 7-year-old child

　典型的な眼所見と珍しい皮膚病変を有しながらも，胸部所見のない7歳児のサルコイドーシス症例について述べた。とくに両眼球結膜に水疱状の隆起物を認め，生検の結果，類上皮結節と診断できたことと，両眼角膜のBowman膜の深さにおいて，褐色の色素沈着を認めたことが従来ほとんど報告されていない興味ある事実であった。

A 7-year-old girl developed typical symptoms of ocular sarcoidosis associated with unusual recur-rent skin eruptions. Vesicular elevations were pre-sent in the bulbar conjunctiva bilaterally and were identified histologically as epithelioid cell granu-loma. There were punctate opacities with brown pigmentation at the level of Bowman's membrane in both corneas. The latter two features appeared to be uncommon complications of ocular sarcoido-sis.
