　臨床的にCorticobasal degeneration（CBD）と診断した3例の聴覚odd-ball課題による事象関連電位P300を記録し，正常者，アルツハイマー型痴呆（DAT），脳血管性痴呆（VD）と比較した。P300潜時は，DAT群，VD群で軽度の延長がみられたが，CBD群では，2例でそれぞれ582 ms，604 msと著明な延長がみられ，1例ではP300が誘発されなかった。N100潜時は正常者，各疾患群で差は認められなかった。CBD患者の痴呆の程度は，DAT，VD群に比し軽度であったにもかかわらず，P300の顕著な異常を示した。この所見はCBDに特徴的である可能性があり，MRI，SPECTで異常のみられた頭頂葉，視床がP300の異常所見に関与した可能性が考えられた。

An auditory discrimination paradigm was em-ployed to elicit the P300 component of the event-related potentials from three patients with clinical-ly diagnosed corticobasal degeneration (CBD). Presenile and senile dementia of Alzheimer type (DAT), vascular dementia (VD) and age-matched control subjects were also examined. All patients with CBD manifested limb kinetic apraxia, hemi-parkinsonism and mild dementia. Brain MRI revealed marked parietal atrophy, which was pre-dominant in contralateral to the extremities with severe motor dysfunction.
