肺の拡散能力の測定法としてのKrogh式一酸化炭素吸入息こらえ法の変法—他の三法と比較して

A modification of the Krogh carbon monoxide breath holding technique for estimating the diffusing capacity of the lung;A comparison with three other methods

　肺の拡散能力を測定するには，A）　Lilienthal等によるO₂法（D_O2）B）　Filley等による恒常状態CO法（D_CO），C）　KroghによるCO吸入息こらえ法，並びにD）　Bateによるfractional CO uptake法とがある。

　1例の健康人と6例の諸心肺疾患々者について以上の四法による測定を行つた。うち5例はA）及びB）法により運動負荷時の拡散能力も測定した。
