腫瘤として指摘困難であった，びまん型肝血管肉腫を経験したので報告する。
We report a 70 years old male with diffuse hepatic angiosarcoma. The liver tumor could not been identified on CT and MRI. The sacral tumor could been identified on CT and MRI. The liver and sacral tumor showed normal accumulation on FDG-PET. The liver and the bone biopsies were performed. The histological diagnosis was hepatic angiosarcoma and bone metastasis. Accurate diagnosis of diffuse hepatic angiosarcoma was difficult on imaging diagnosis.
