肝原発平滑筋腫の1例

A case of primary leiomyoma of the liver

肝原発平滑筋腫はまれな腫瘍であり，現在までに30例ほどの報告がある。既往歴のない20歳代，女性の肝原発平滑筋腫を経験したため報告する。

We report a case of primary leiomyoma of the liver in a 26-year-old woman. CT revealed a large hypervascular hepatic mass with persistent hyperenhancement. On MRI, the mass showed isointense with partial restiform hyperintensity on T2WI with hemorrhagic cystic components. After hepatectomy, histopathological diagnosis of leiomyoma was obtained. There was no evidence of leiomyoma elsewhere in the body including the uterus. Though hypervascular mesenchymal tumor could be suggested, exact estimation of histologic subtype was difficult by imaging diagnosis.
