A case of hepatic sinusoidal dilatation

画像上，腫瘍性病変との鑑別を要したまれな肝類洞拡張の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。主に門脈から供血される特徴的な血行動態やGd-EOB-DTPA造影MRI（EOB-MRI）肝細胞相の所見は本病態の診断の一助となると考えられた。

We experienced a case of hepatic sinusoidal dilatation occurred in a woman in her 40s without any symptoms. Hepatic lesion was pointed out by US, CT and MRI, and followed for 3 years because benign lesion such as hemangioma was suspected initially. However, the signal intensity of the lesion in hepatobiliary phase on gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI was decreased in the course of 3 years. Needle biopsy was performed to rule out malignancy. This lesion was pathologically confirmed as hepatic sinusoidal dilatation. CT arterioportography showed characteristic enhancement pattern, and the course of hepatobiliary phase finding was interesting.
