　本研究は、震災後超急性期の看護活動におけるチームワークの機能を高めるコンピテンシーモデルの開発を目的として、仮説モデルを設定し、実証データに基づくモデルの妥当性を検証した。

　対象者は国内の震災後に看護活動を行った看護師1,220名であり、自記式質問紙による郵送調査を実施した。調査内容は看護実践活動の状況22項目、コンピテンシーに関する24項目である。分析方法はコンピテンシーの因子構造を確認的因子分析により明らかにしたのち、仮設モデルに基づいて共分散構造分析を行い多重指標モデルの妥当性を検証した。

　結果として、『被災状況に関する情報の伝達』を行い、『時期を逸しない看護活動』を展開し、『コミュニケーションに基づいた相互支援』行う過程を通して、チームの一員として『メンバーと最善を尽くした役割遂行』につながるというチームワークが機能するしくみを説明できるモデルの妥当性が確認された。本モデルは、震災後超急性期の看護実践活動において、チームワークの機能を高めるモデルとして有用である。

Abstract

　The objective of the present study was to develop a competency model for enhancing teamwork function in nursing activities in the hyperacute phase of post-earthquake by creating a hypothetical model and investigating its validity based on empirical data.

　A self-report questionnaire survey was conducted by mail on a total of 1,220 nurses who engaged in nursing activities in Japan following an earthquake. Survey contents consisted of 22 items on the condition of nursing activities and 24 items on competency. After clarifying the factor structure of competency using confirmatory factor analysis, the validity of a multiple-indicator model was verified using covariance structure analysis based on a hypothetical model.

　The results confirmed the validity of the model, which explained the mechanism of teamwork function as follows: nurses engaged in "transmission of information regarding the disaster" and "timely nursing activities", and enabled "fulfillment of roles through the best efforts of team members" as a member of the team through the process of "mutual support based on communication". The present model was considered useful for enhancing team-work function in nursing activities in the hyperacute phase of post-earthquake.
