オクチルシアノアクリレート皮膚接着剤は，縫合に代わる創閉鎖剤として発売．使用されている．今回，腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術の術後QOL改善のために，術後創処置にOCA接着剤を使用し，その有用性を検討した，当科で施行した腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術症例の38例（2000年2月〜2001年1月）を対象とした．OCA接着剤使用による副作用は，1例で創縁に薬剤が充填されたため創治癒が遷延し，1例に薬剤による軽度皮膚発赤を認めたのみであった．一方，OCA接着剤使用により，術後の入院期間はこれまでの2.4日から1.8日と短縮し，術後3日目から入浴可能となり，術後QOL改善に有用であった．
Recently, 2-octyl-cyanoacrylate was often used for skin adhesive wound closure instead of standard wound closure. We tried this tissue adhesive repair for the closure of skin wound of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and report the usefulness of these methods. Thirty eight patients were treated their wound with the tissue adhesive repair. Prolongation of the wound repair in one case and allergic reaction of skin eruption in one case, were ob-served as the side effect of this method. On the other hand, the hospitalization days became shorter and taking a bath became possible after the third day after operation.
