鼻中隔多形腺腫の1症例

Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Nasal Septum

I．緒言

　多形腺腫は大唾液腺に好発する良性腫瘍であるが小唾液腺からの発症例も報告されており，耳鼻咽喉科領域においては口腔，口唇，鼻腔などがその主なものである。

　本論文では鼻中隔に発生した多形腺腫の1例を報告し，同部位に発生した本邦報告例の文献的検討を行った。

　In a 37-year-old male with the chief complaint of left nasal stuffiness of about three months' duration, a mass was noticed by himself in the left nasal cavity.

　A conventional x-ray view of the nas albonerevealed the mass on the left side of the nasal septum.

　Axial CT scans were also done, and the mass measuring 2.0 cm in diameter, was shown with various CT values.

　Endonasal approach for the resection of the mass was taken and submucous resection of the nasal septum was performed.

　Histopathological evaluation confirmed pleomorphic adenoma arising on the septal mucosa, and the patient has been taking uneventful course.

　A bibliographical review of the reported cases in Japan was made and a total of 34 cases including the present case was noted.
