鼻中隔多形腺腫の2症例

Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Nasal Septum: Report of Two Cases

I．緒言

　多形腺腫は耳下腺，顎下腺等にしばしば発生することから，耳鼻咽喉科領域においては決して稀な疾患ではない。しかし，本症が鼻中隔に発生することは極めて少なく，本邦においてこね主で21例の報告をみるにすぎない。

　最近我々は，鼻中隔に発生した多形腺腫の2症例を経験し，ともに鼻内法にて手術的に摘出したので，その概要を述べるとともに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Pleomorpie adenoma arising from the nasal septum is extremely rare. We report two cases with an intranasal mass obstructing the unilateral nasal cavity and diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum. In both cases, the tumors were elastic, smooth-surfaced and were attached to the septal mucosa with a thin stalk. They were excised by the intranasal approach under local anesthesia. Although no recurrence has been noted so far, careful follow-up of a longer period is necessary.
