術前診断が可能であった咬筋内血管腫の1例

Intramuscular Hemangioma of the Masseter Muscle Diagnosed Preoperatively

I．はじめに

　筋肉内血管腫は若年者の骨格筋内に発生する良性の血管腫であり稀な疾患である。臨床診断が難しく悪性腫瘍などと誤診され病理組織診にて初めて正確な診断が得られる場合が多い。今回われわれはCT，血管造影などにより術前に筋肉内血管腫との診断を得，手術にて摘出した咬筋内血管腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

　A 24-year-old female patient with intramuscular hemangioma of the masseter muscle was reported. The patient complained of a lump in the buccal region. Computed tomography revealed a mass in the masseter muscle. From the characteristic findings of digital subtraction angiography and selective carotid arteriography, she was diagnosed as having intramuscular hemangioma of the masseter muscle. The tumor was approached by a preauricular incision and totally removed without facial palsy. Tumor characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of intramuscular hemangioma were discussed.
