I．はじめに

　多形腺腫（plcomorphic adenoma）いわゆる混合腫瘍は，大唾液腺のうち，特に耳下腺にしばしばみられ，その他小唾液腺が多数存在する耳腔，口唇等にも発生する。しかしながら，鼻中隔に発生することは少ないとされている。最近，我々は，鼻中隔に発生した多形腺腫2例を経験し，鼻内法により摘出，治癒せしめたので，その大要と若干の文献的考察を併せてここに報告する。

　Pleomorphic adenoma frequently involves the salivary gland, but very rarely arises from the nasal septum. Two cases of pleomorphic adenoma of thenasal septum are reported.

　The first case is a 39-year-old woman complaining of left nasal obstruction and occasional epistaxis. The left side of her nose was swollen and the left nasal cavity was filled with a tumor extended from the nasal septum. The tumor, sized 3.0cm×2.0 cm×2.0cm, was successfully excised by intranasal approach.

　The second case is a 16-year-old man with a complaint of left nasal obstruction. Rhinoscopy revealed a round mass on the nasal septum. The tumor, 1.0cm×0.7cm in size, was intranasally removed.

　In those two cases, there has been no recurrence. Microscopically, the tumors consisted of duct proliferation which showed a double-layered lining and sheet-like proliferation of the myoepithelial cells, showing the characteristic features of pleomorphic adenoma.
