鼻中隔原発の多形腺腫の1例

Pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum

Ⅰ．はじめに

　多形腺腫は上皮性腫瘍であり，筋上皮細胞の存在する腺組織に発生する。全身に発生するが，発生頻度は部位により著しい差がみられる^1）。頭頸部領域では，主として大唾液腺，特に耳下腺や顎下腺に好発し，また小唾液腺の分布する口蓋，口唇などにもみられる。そのほか，鼻腔，咽頭，喉頭，涙腺などにも発生するが，頻度は低い。

　今回われわれは，鼻中隔から発生した多形腺腫の症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Pleomorphic adenoma of the minor salivary glands is very rare. A 72-year-old woman presented with pleomorphic adenoma arising in the nasal septum. The tumor was removed by endonasal approach. After extripation of the tumor,there was no evidence of recurrence for 19 months.
