鼻中隔原発の多形腺腫の1症例

Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Nasal Septum

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域において，多形腺腫は耳下腺や顎下腺などの大唾液腺に発生することが多いが，口腔や鼻腔などの小唾液腺に存在する多形腺腫も報告されている^1）。

　今回われわれは，鼻中隔に発生した多形腺腫症の1例を経験したので臨床的概要を述べ，他の部位にできる多形腺腫との比較を行った。

Pleomorphic adenoma of the minor salivaryglands is very rare. A 61-year-old woman presented with pleomorphic adenoma arising in the nasal septum. 80% of tumors of the nasal cavity are originated from the nasal septum. The tumor was removed with an incision of the lateral nasal ala. After extirpation of the tumor, there was no evi-dence of recurrence for 6 months.
