　I．緒言

　唾石は顎下腺に発生することがもつとも多く，耳下腺および舌下腺の唾石は少なく，従来の統計によつても全唾石症例中10％以内にとどまることが知られている。

　今回，われわれは耳下腺唾石症例中でも非常に稀な散在性多発性耳下腺唾石症を経験したので報告する。

　A rare case of disseminated multiple salivary calculi of the parotid gland was reported. The patient, 20-year-old male, visited our clinic with the chief complaint of right parotid gland swelling. The plain and contrast radiography revealed disseminated calcification and occlusion of the parotid duct. About 20 calculi were removed from the upper lobuli of the right parotid gland by operation, and after that the patient recovered completely without having salivary fistula or facial nerve paralysis. Discussions were made on the possible causes of this lesion.
