自然排出した巨大な耳下腺唾石の1症例

Giant Parotid Sialolithiasis Spontaneously Excreted―A Case Report―

I．はじめに

　唾石症は日常臨床においてよく遭遇する疾患である。顎下腺に好発し，次いで耳下腺，舌下腺の順に報告されている^1）。全唾石症のうち耳下腺唾石症の割合は，本邦では0.6～10.5％，欧米では0.6～20.6％と報告されている^2～4）。治療は唾石の存在部位によるが，保存的に自然排出を期待する症例や，また口内法もしくは外切開により摘出術を施行する症例がある。

　今回われわれは，自然排出した巨大な耳下腺唾石症を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Sialolithiasis of the parotid grand is rare. A 32-year-old female complained of a painful swelling of the right parotid grand. A giant sialolithiasis in the parotid grand was suggested by CT scan. After antibiotic treatment,a giant sialolith was spontaneously excreted from the gland and the symptoms disappeared.

　Over 10mm in size of parotid sialolith cases were briefly discussed.
