自然排出のみられた耳下腺唾石症の1例

Parotid Sialolithiasis Spontaneously Excreted:A Case Report

　はじめに

　唾石症は日常臨床においてしばしば遭遇する疾患であり，顎下腺に好発し，次いで耳下腺，舌下腺，小唾液腺の順に報告されている^1）。全唾石症のうち耳下腺唾石症の占める割合については，本邦では0.6〜10.5％，欧米では0.7〜20.6％と報告されている^2〜5）。今回われわれは，初診時には診断がつかなかったが，経過中に自然排出をきたして診断できた耳下腺唾石症を経験した。その概要を報告し，診断にあたっての反省点を考察する。

Sialolithiasis in the parotid gland is relatively rare. A 69-year-old female complained of a painfulswelling of the left buccal region. An inflammed mass with calcification was suggested by echo-gram and CT. After antibiotic treatment, numerous salivary calculi were spontaneously excreted from the left buccal region and the symptoms disappear-ed.

Statistical analysis of 52 cases reported in the Japanese literature over the past 10 years was per-formed and the results were briefly discussed.
