Ⅰ．はじめに
唾石症は耳鼻咽喉科領域でしばしば遭遇する疾患であるが，顎下腺に多く，耳下腺，舌下腺，小唾液腺には少ない1～3）。今回われわれは急性耳下腺炎を契機として発見した耳下腺唾石症の1例を経験したので報告する。
□Abstract
The incidence of sialolithiasis in the parotid gland is usually lower than that of in the submandibular gland.
A 67-year-old woman complained of a swelling and pain of the left parotid gland.
Acute inflammation of parotid gland was suspected initially, but after antibiotic treatment, a slivary stone was noted on X-ray radiography.
Surgery was performed through an interoral approach.
