眼球突出を主訴とした術後性前頭篩骨部位嚢腫の3症例

THREE CASES OF POSTOPERATIVE MUCOCELES OF THE FRONTO-ETHMOIDAL REGION WITH CHIEF COMPLAINT OF EXOPFITHALMUS

　1．はじめに

　術後性頬部嚢腫または術後性副鼻腔嚢腫は耳鼻咽喉科領域において，割合多く遭遇する疾患であるが，眼球突出，複視，眼球偏位などの眼症状を伴うものは稀である。特に眼球突出を呈する症例では初診時，眼科医を受診することが多く，本疾患の診断を得るまでかなりの時間を要することもしばしぼ経験される。症状が発現したら，でぎるだけ早く正確な診断と適切な治療が必要である。われわれは最近，このような眼症状を呈した術後性前頭・篩骨部位嚢腫の3症例を経験したので報告し，ご批判を仰ぐ次第である。

　The authors reported 3 cases of postoperative mucoceles of the frontoethmoidal region with chief complaint of exophthalmus. The intra-mucocele radiography by the displacement methodin which mucocele contents were displaced with the contrast medium injected into the mucocele was useful both for the diagnosis and treatment of the lesion.
