　側頭部外傷に合併した，骨部外耳道の肉芽性閉塞の1症例を経験したので報告する。

A boy aged 11 was affected with atresia of the left external ear canal from a previ-ous head trauma of the corresponding tem-poral region. This canal was reconstructed by postauricular approach of removal of mastoid cells and the posterior bony wall of the external canal. Excessive granulation tissues in the canal was thoroughly removed and the anulus tympanicum was well establi-shed. Through these procedures the hearing was reestablished to the normal.
