わが教室における眩暈および平衡障害患者の診断，治療に関する現状（1962年度）

DIAGNOSIS OF VERTIGO AND DISTURBANCE OF BALANCE PRESENT STATUS OF THEIR TREATMENT (1962)

　はじめに

　前年度にひきつづき昭和36年7月1日より昭和37年6月30日までに東大病院耳鼻咽喉科前庭平衡障害外来をおとずれた患者の実態を報告し，あわせて過去1年間にわれわれの行なつた個々の報告と，注目すべき諸疾患についての鑑別診断を中心に述べてみたい。

There were 412 patients who visited the Otolaryngological Outpatient of Tokyo Unive-rsity Medical School with complaints of vertigo and loss of balance from July 1, 1961 to June 30, 1962. These patients were divided; into 4 major groups in accordance to the nature of their complaints. Furthermore, definitive diag-nosis and considerations were made and given to cases of Meniere's disease, sudden deafness, benign vertigo due to positional changes of head, vestibular syphilis, eighth nerve tumor, cerebello-spinal diseases and head traumas.
