副鼻腔，鼻腔，口蓋，上咽頭にわたる巨大な軟性線維腫例

　I．緒言

　副鼻腔に発生する腫瘍の種類は多いが，悪性腫瘍に比して良性腫瘍はその発生頻度が稀であり，それらは線維腫，ことに骨線維腫としての報告を散見するに過ぎないが，副鼻腔における軟性線維腫については非常に報告が少い。

　我々は最近，副鼻腔のみならず，その深部では上咽頭に，下方では口蓋部にまで進展した軟性線維腫の一症例を経験したので，ここにその概要を報告し，文献の一端に資するものである。

A large maxillary bone fibroma that en-croached upon the nasal passage, paranasal sinus, palate and nasophharynx was excised through gingival incision. The tumor weigh-ed 90 grams and the diagnosis of fibroma was made by microscopic examination. The patient made an uneventful recovery after the operation.
