　I．緒言

　原田氏病即ち急性瀰漫性脈絡膜炎に伴える聴器障害について，本邦に於いて既に，城所，勝木等により，内耳性難聴の像を示すことが報告せられ，その後純音Audiometerを使用して，原口，古川，田口，志井田等が同様な内耳性障害の知見を得ているが，吾々も本病の1例を経験し，本症聴器障害の発生機転に関し，いささか，興味ある知見を得たので報告し，大方の御教示を乞う次第である。

A case of hearing disturbances due to Ha-rada's disease which eventually recovered is reported. The authors state that they were unable to ascertain from the difference limen test that the condition to be purely the result of inner ear disturbances as it has been reported in the past although, the results of hearing tests pointed towards nerve-deafness in general. Moreover, it was difficult to say from the progress of this case that hearing disturbances were closely connected to occular disturbances.
