外耳道神経鞘腫の1例

　I．緒論

　在来耳科領域に於ける腫瘍症例の報告は生体他部器官に発生する瘍瘍に比し，Senff，Gruber，Benzold，Junod，Kuhn^2）等の報告では非常に僅少で，Senff^2）では71,450人中34人，Kuhnの解剖例では，3365人中耳は唯1例のみで，是迄に報告された外耳道腫瘍は，骨腫軟骨腫，乳嘴腫，線維腫，腺腫，血管腫，嚢腫，混合腫瘍，淋巴管腫，肉腫，癌腫等であつた。吾々は此度外耳道腫瘍で本院当外来を訪れ，病理組織標本検索の結果，神経鞘腫と診断された1例を経験したので，此処に報告し，先賢先輩諸先生の御批判並びに御教示を乞いたいと思う。なお本症例は曩に日本耳鼻咽喉科学会322回東京地方会に報告，文献上本腫瘍症例の報告を見ない為，更に病理組織検索を加え再度神経鞘腫と確認したので，此処に原著として発表する。

　A rare case of neurilemmoma of the external aural meatus is presented. The patient, a Japanese female aged 52, was affected with a feeling of foreign body in the left ear associated with a slight hard of hearing for a duration of 6 months. After the first resection of the tumor. 10×12×10mm in dimensions and firm in character, the growth showed a local recurrence three months later. The patient was finally and definitely cured after the second removal of another tumor 7×7×8 mm in size. Histologically the material of both the first and second removals appeared to be consistent with a picture of benign neurilemmoma. Incidences of such tumors in this particular location are discussed.
