巨大なる口腔底腫瘍の1例

　我々は口腔底に発生した巨大な皮様嚢腫の1例を経験し，これを外科的に摘出して治癒せしめた。文献に依り，年齢，大きさ，発生部位等の点で比較的稀な例である事が知れた。更にX線高圧撮影に依つて嚢腫の位置大きさを知り手術に大いに役立ち，又術前の気管切開に依つて安全に手術を施行し得た。

Harigaya and associates report a case of a large epidermal cyst that occurred on the floor of the mouth in a man, aged 61. The cyst was successfully removed by surgical exterpation ; surgical procedure was facilita-ted by antecedent tracheotomy. Diagnosti-cally the extent of the cystic growth was determined by high-voltage X-ray pictures.
