原田氏病初期の治療

Harada's Disease. A New Therapeutic Approach

I．緒言

　原田氏病は，大正15年，原田永之助氏により「急性びまん性脈絡膜炎」として紹介されて以来，現在までその病因についてはいろいろ報告されているがはつきりしない。

　その治療法も，したがつて今までのところ，急激な炎症症状に対する対症療法である。

A preliminary report is presented on 26 cases with the disease of Harada who have been ex-amined by means of fluorescence fundus angio-graphy and been treated by a new therapeutic regimen developed by the authors.

In all cases studied, the most characteristic signs of the disease, namely the extensive exu-dation and retinal detachment originating in the posterior fundus, proved to be due to increased permeability of the Bruch's membrane and the pigment epithelium in multiple spotty pattern through fluorescein studies.
