原田病の経過と聴器機能障害との関係

Changes in Audiogram in the Course of Harada's disease

緒　言

　原田病は，Vogt・小柳病とともに，髄膜症状，聴器障害および皮膚毛髪病変を伴つた特発性ブドウ膜炎であつて，その臨床像ならびに治療法等は成書に詳細に記載されている。しかしながら，本症に高頻度に随伴する耳症状に関して特に検討を加えた報告は，眼科^1〜3）のみならず耳科方面^4〜9）においても少なく，本症の聴力障害は，高音障害型感音難聴であるといわれているに留まり，詳細は明らかでない。

　今回，著者らは，原田病患者の聴覚平衡機能を検査し，その成績と病期との関係について検討したので報告する。

We conducted an audiometric follow-up study of 9 cases of Harada's disease through its various stages. Pure tone and Bekesy audio-metries were chiefly used.

All the cases showed the presence of hearing loss typical for inner ear deafness. During the initial and peak stages of the disease, the he-aring loss was present in low and middle fre-quency ranges. During recurrences or protract-ed stages of the disease, we observed gradual or abrupt hearing loss in the higher frequency ranges.
