Ⅰ．はじめに

　liposarcomaはsarcomaの中でも比較的発生頻度の少ない腫瘍であり^1），しかも硬膜外，硬膜下を問わず，頭蓋内に原発あるいは転移することはきわめてまれである．著者らは，耳介下部の軟部組織に原発し，頭蓋内，硬膜外に浸潤発育した1例を経験したので，その臨床経過，諸検査成績ならびに病理組織所見等を若干の考察を加えて報告する．

A case of liposarcoma, which originated primarily in the left infraauricular area and infiltrated to the posterior fossa, was reported. The patient was a 25-year-old housewife, who was admitted because of symptoms of intracranial hypertention. She showed left facial palsy and deviation of the tongue to the left without any cerebellar signs. Neurological examinations suggested a mass lesion in the posterior fossa. Suboccipital craniectomy was performed and the tumor sized 4×4×3cm in the extradural space was partially removed.
