I．はじめに

　頭蓋の動静脈奇形（AVM）は，放射線学的には関与する流出入血管によりscalp, calvarial, dural, pialの各タイプに分類されている^11）．これまでcalvarialAVMの報告例はなく，またdural AVMでも頭頂部AVMの報告例は少ない．われわれは最近，放射線学的にはcalvarial AVMを合併していると考えられる頭頂部から後頭蓋窩にかけての広範なAVM症例を経験したので報告し，治療面における放射線学的分類の意義について言及する．

A 47-year-old male was concerned with a large AVM involved extensively in the parietal region and the posterior fossa. Radiological examinations showed multiple radiolucencies in the parietal and occipital bone and torturous vascular nets (nidus) in those bones on the angiograms. Nidus was found also in the dura mater in the posterior fossa. Therefore, this case seemed to be an extremely rare case of calvarial AVM in the parietal region with the mixed calvarial dural AVM in the posterior fossa.
