Abstract 文献概要
1ページ目 Look Inside

　50歳，女性。難治性の頻尿，残尿感にて紹介された。超音波検査にて両側水腎症および膀胱壁の全周性肥厚が，骨盤部CT,MRIにて腹水が認められた。TUR生検時には明らかな腫瘍性病変はみられず，粘膜全体は貧血様であった。一方，入院後より食思不振を訴えたため行った内視鏡検査にてBorrmann 4型胃癌が疑われ，胃生検を施行した。組織学的に両者は類似した低分化型腺癌であり，胃癌の膀胱転移と診断した。化学療法を施行したが，5か月後に死亡した。

A 50-year-old female was referred to our hospital for refractory pollakisuria and sense of residual urine. Radiologi-cal examinations revealed a thick bladder wall all around, bilateral hydronephrosis and ascites. No tumor lesions were detected macroscopically on TUR biopsy. Gastrofi-berscopy was performed because of anorexia and showed gastric cancer. A biopsy specimen of the stomach revealed the same pathological finding as the bladder wall and the diagnosis was metastatic urinary bladder tumor from gastric cancer.
